Don't know if a C d T trigger is made for the Lightning, but from what I've seen there is not a lot you can do with the standard trigger other than a spit and polish of the sears. Unfortunately, the rifle is poorly made, harsh to shoot and the triggers are known as crude.

If the trigger is a CAT trigger like the ones on the Gamo's, the easy fix is a longer second stage trigger screw. Gamo only use a 6mm screw more for safety, that isn't long enough to provide any adjustment. I replace these with a M2.5x8mm or M2.5x10mm hex head screw. It certainly improves the Gamo triggers.
